Massage techniques will be used to relieve your specific areas of
stress and discomfort. The amount of pressure applied is also
based upon your specific needs. The massage will be given on a
massage table, either fully or partially clothed depending on the
client preference. Other options include aroma therapy and
choice of lotion or oils at no additional costs. This is not a
relaxation massage, it is designed to restore muscle tone and
promote good health.

Swedish Massage

Swedish
massage is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the
body by stimulating circulation. Five basic strokes, all
flowing toward the heart, are used to manipulate the soft tissues of
the body. The disrobed client is covered by a sheet, with only
the areas being worked on exposed. Therapists use of combination of
kneading, rolling, vibrational, percussive, tapping movements, with
the application of lotion or oil to reduce friction on the skin.
The benefits of Swedish Massage may include generalized
relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions and improve
circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from
injury.

Swedish Massage with Hot Stone Therapy - $65.00
Hot Stone
Therapy may be added to the 60 min. Swedish massage. Hot
stones are strategically placed on the body to enhance relaxation.
