Pamela Doss Mitchell, Owner
and Operator
Pam has been associated with hair since she was 16 years old.
Her first hair cut was on her friend Betty Durham. It was a
pixie haircut the night before her wedding 38 years ago and they are
still friends! Pam strives to keep her team working together and to
keep up with the latest education, styles and techniques for her
clients. Pam's business has grown from a small hair salon, 24 years
ago, to a thriving upscale salon and day spa with a staff of 14.
Pam is always looking for new ways to improve her business and
continues to add services and amenities to make the Hair House a
most unique and enjoyable
place for all Hair House customers.

Betty Durham - Assistant
Operations Manager
Betty joined the Hair House staff this year. She came to
us after a 37 year career with a leading financial planning company
where she spent the last 5 years as the Operations Manager.
Betty will be assisting the owner, Pam Mitchell in areas of
marketing, buying, office management, sales and general operations.
Betty and Pam have been friends since junior high and she has the
distinct honor of being Pam's first customer!

Kay Miller
Kay has been a hairstylist since 1984 and continues
to learn new techniques and methods. Kay has had advanced
classes in color and color corrections and Redken cutting classes.
Call Kay for styling, cutting, perms, color, highlighting, clipper
cuts, and waxing. Kay has been at the "Hair House"
since 1999. |

Erin Kirby
Erin has been a stylist since 2000 and has been with us here at
the "Hair House" since 2004. She enjoys all aspects of her
profession. Erin is trained in highlighting, color with
multi-tonal colors, all in one process. Whether you are
looking for a "classy cut", a color or an "out of the box"
cut/color, Erin specializes in these areas. She is certified
in both Alterna and bio ionic's chemical straightening systems.

Carmen Perdue
Experienced and creative stylist who loves a challenge and keeps
ahead of the trends. Carmen has been in the hair care business for
over 38 years and was former owner of the His and Her Hair Shack. It
took a lot of convincing to get Carmen to make the move to the "Hair
House". Carmen joined the "Hair House" in 2000 and she has been quite
an asset. Call Carmen for hair cutting,
highlighting, color, waxing and styling. |

Amanda Craig
Amanda is young and creative with up
to date knowledge; and loves to work outside the box. She
specializes in all aspects of hair. clipper cuts, formal updos,
styling, coloring, foiling, perms, waxing, cuts, manicures,
pedicures etc. She began her career in 2004. Amanda and her family have been coming in the salon for 23 years
or more. She has always wanted to be a hairdresser. Amanda has
blossomed over the years to a fine young lady. very mature and
responsible, thanks to Angela and Randy her Mom and Dad.

Linda Sue Alexander
Although being a new comer to Roanoke, Linda Sue is established
in the cosmetology field. During her 32 years she has attended
many classes and hair shows. Linda Sue has managed many salons
in Iowa, Texas, Ohio, and Florida. Her goal is for the house
clients to look and field beautiful. We are very fortunate to
have such an experience stylist on our staff.

Danna Frost
We are pleased to have Danna Frost with us as our Nail Technician. She is a graduate of the Nail Technology Academy.
Danna has been in the beauty industry for the past 13 years and looks forward to meeting everyone and offering her
nail services. Dana joined the "Hair House" in 2004 and her business
has grown to perfection! |

Nita Weikel
Nationally Certified Massage Therapist
Nita successfully completed 18 months intensive training in massage methods,
techniques, ethics and practical training as well as study of
anatomy and function of the body, CPR, and First Aid. She
became certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic
Massage and Bodywork in August 2004. Nita and her daughter, Serena,
will soon be celebrating their 4th year with us.

Serena Weikel

Serena successfully completed 18 months intensive training in massage methods,

Katherine has been a stylist since 2000 and is one of the newest
additions to the "Hair House". Katherine is perfect for your
families' needs. Specializes in color, highlights with foils,
texture and razor cuts, perms (men and women) and is great with
naturally curly hair. Katherine also offers full body waxing.

Licensed Esthetician
With two years of experience working for the number one selling
cosmetics brand in the world, Kim has truly found her calling!
She loves to make people feel better about themselves. Whether
just with make-up or sharing her knowledge about skin care.
She can show you a perfect everyday look or glam you up for a
special night out! With great make-up and skin care training
for almost two years from Clinique, she has now chosen to further
her education. She just recently received her certification in
skin Esthetics from the Conservatory of Esthetics in Richmond,
Virginia.

Reba Muncey
Spradlin
Reba has been doing nails for 11 years and specializes in
sculptured nails using pink/white acrylic. Reba was
with Edwards Salon and Productions for 9 years before joining us
here at the Hair House. Reba came highly recommended by
her former employer and we welcome her to our staff at the Hair
House and Day Spa. |

Lisa Dennison
Lisa has been a stylist since 1993 and joined "The Hairhouse" in
November 2006 after working for 9 years in a salon in Roanoke,
Virginia. She specializes in men and women's cuts, color,
foil highlights, formal hair for proms and weddings, perms and
facial waxing. She works well with children and would love
to offer all of these services to you. Call Lisa for your
